ACDS is governed by an 11 member Board of Directors, three of which are appointed by the County Executive and one of whom is appointed by the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County. The remaining seven directors are elected by the Board of Directors. The composition of our Board of Directors reflects the many aspects of Anne Arundel County's population consisting of individuals with expertise in finance, real estate, business and government.
