To be eligible to bid on construction contracts available through ACDS, interested General Contractors must submit an application with all of the required attachments. ACDS will review the submission for accuracy and completion and the firms meeting all of the requirements will be placed on the ACDS eligible to bid list. The firms on the list will be eligible to be awarded construction contracts made available through the various ACDS programs. Notices of available bidding opportunities will be sent to all firms on the list.

After you have reviewed the General Contractor Requirements and Procedures and you are interested in applying, please complete the following forms and mail them to: Construction Manager, Arundel Community Development Services, Inc., 2666 Riva Road, Suite 210, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.

Once awarded a Construction Contract, the General Contractor will be required to execute a Construction Contract and adhere to the Federal Requirements for Construction Contracts. Please review this information to become familiar with ACDS contract requirements.
